Target Shares the Joy With Customers This Holiday Season

It’s being dubbed “Together’s the Joy,” and it’s Target’s marketing slogan for the holidays. With a plethora of new deals, brands, and goodies, Target lovers will have another reason to shop there this season. Together Target and its customers will share the joy as they kick off the season with the unveiling of several new features.

New Technological Features = Ease

For those who are never quite sure what to buy that loved one for Christmas, Target announces its new service called GiftNow. By going to Target.com, shoppers select an e-gift box of their choice for anyone on their shopping list and they need not worry about size, color, or if it suits the person’s taste. Why? Once the person accepts the e-gift, they either approve of the gift and its mailed or they may change the size, the color, or even exchange it for something entirely different. Accomplish all this before anything is delivered so no extra shipping fees or hassles are involved if the person wants or needs something different.

Many stores and restaurants are quickly switching over to mobile pay options and Target is adapting to this trend as well. In time for the holidays, REDcard users will have the convenience of checking out with a new feature called mobile wallet. If you don’t already have the Target app, you’ll need to download that here in order to use the feature.

Target offers even more convenience by ensuring that most online orders are ready for store pickup within an hour. If it’s not convenient for you to pick up your order at Target, you’ll be happy to know they’ve expanded the number of stores that are now doing deliveries to 1,400. Those who live in Minneapolis-St.Paul area can even pick up their purchases at a drive-thru. Expect to see more of those popping up in the future.

Value Features= Savings

You can count on Target for value items year round, and they won’t let customers down during the holidays. Target boasts of bringing just about 1,700 gift selections for $15 and under. In addition, most of these you won’t find anywhere else, making them a one-of-a-kind gift. A vast selection of stocking stuffers will be offered for just $1 which are sure to delight children and adults alike on Christmas morning.

In addition to the regular savings, Target is also going to feature weekly deals. This special is listed in the Weekly Ad, which is available through Cartwheel on the Target app. Also, beginning November 11th, Target will begin its Weekend Deals. The specifics of those deals will be announced later.

While we’re talking about value features and savings, we can’t forget to mention that starting November 1st, you can count on Target for free shipping on all your online orders.

New Brands= Joy

Target has recently announced, “it is reimagining its brand portfolio with the introduction of more than 12 new exclusive brands by the end of 2018.” Just in time for the holiday, Target unveils eight of these 12 brands. November 5th marks the day when Target introduces the Hearth & Hand with Magnolia. Customers will appreciate the quality, pricing, and large selection of items marketed under this brand co-designed with Chip and Joanna Gaines. Some of the categories featured by Hearth & Hand with Magnolia include “tabletop, home décor and giftables, like a toy dollhouse and workbench, a letters to Santa mailbox, festive tableware and more.”
